A Meditation from the book
Now resign yourselves in tranquillity to the magic presence of God.From within your heart, feel the Babe, the Christ-child stirring: feel love welling forth for those about you, for all men, for nature and for animals...
Now let your heart-centre expand. This is growth of the Christ-babe. In your meditation you will become more and more aware of this expansion and will know that a radiance is going from you, a blessed compassion, a love and a light which heals. And as you send forth, so also will you draw in additional light from your celestial body, so that what you give, you will also receive. In the measure that you give, so shall you receive.
Begin from the heart of life; have full confidence in the great and sacred powers of love, which are waiting for your co-operation, your union with them.
By an effort of the divine will within, direct the spiritual light and power out into the world:
- To lighten the darkness of the world...
- To ease the pain of all who suffer...
- To inspire thoughts of goodwill in human hearts...
- To bring peace and brotherhood amongst the nations.”

May today there be peace within.May you trust your highest power that you are exactly where you are meant to be...
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you...
May you be content knowing you are a child of God...
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of you...”
