Empowerment
You have the power to change yourself. When we allow negative things to control our lives, we give our power away. We have the power to get that power back.
Balance through Empowerment – You change yourself
You can reclaim your power, whether you gave it to a relationship, job, drugs and alcohol, etc. or it was taken from you. You have the ability to find balance by changing your values and creating a new belief system around who you want to be.
Responsibility
With power comes responsibility, taking responsibility for your past, present, and future.
Responsibility to yourself: we are accountable for the power that Creator gave us. Our life and body are a gift, what we do with that life and body is our gift to the Creator.
Choices
We must be responsible for our choices. You have the ability to be conscious of the choices you make in your life, and you must make the decision to be conscious of your choices if you desire happiness and inner balance.
Awareness
Be aware of the gifts Creator gave you. Then make a choice to use them, be responsible for your choices, and you will have balance.
Intentions
Your intentions are the most powerful driving force in your life. Keep your intentions good, and you will have sound body, mind and spiritual health, and happiness.
Attention
Pay attention to your intentions.
Relationships
- What is your relationship to yourself?
- How do you feel about yourself?
- How can you maintain a relationship to yourself?
Everything begins with your relationship to yourself.
Are you willing to learn to have a relationship with yourself? You must be willing to learn skills and carry the tools you are learning to succeed in this relationship with yourself.
Expectations are prearranged resentments, and self fulfilling prophecies. By expecting a specific outcome in any situation (relationship, career, interactions with people, etc.), you set yourself up to be disappointed by any other outcome, thus creating resentment, which creates conflict internally, throwing you off balance and harming your Spirit. Only expect the unexpected.
Gratitude
Be thankful for all things Creator gives you in this life, even the bad times. Be thankful to the Creator for giving us the gift of reclaiming your power (free will), be thankful for all the gifts that you receive while on your journey through life here on the Earth.

Grieving process
When we experience trials, loss of a relationship, job, person, etc… in life, we all go through a grieving process to recover. The way every person grieves varies depending upon the individual personality. However, we all experience the same 7 emotions.
- Denial
- Shock/Betrayal
- Fear
- Pain
- Anger
- Abandonment
- Acceptance
We must go through each of the aforementioned emotions and process them in order to complete the grieving process and maintain our inner balance (reclaim our power).
How do we maintain balance once we achieve it?
We maintain balance through the Process of natural growth.
Natural Growth (Balanced)

- Physical – take action
- Emotions – identify and evaluate
Unnatural Growth (Imbalanced)
- Emotions – judgmental
- Physical – reacting
- Mental – recreating situations
- Spiritual – desperation
