The path of lifeUps and downs
Some times a frown
Happy times
Choices in life
The road I take
Meditate so you can radiate
Spiritual time is here
Listen to your guides
You will have a good ride

When the pain commences
When the pain commencesUpon your awakening
Just after the time of infinity passes
You are slammed to the mortal sense of reality
And pain wracks your body, your soul
You pray for time to cease
For a recount
For a reality that is only a dream
But there is no awakening
And you live through the minutes
‘til you live through the hours, the days
Until you find the quiet in your heart
In your soul
And you succumb
You hand it to Him
There is no other recourse
You surrender to a universe that unfolds at His Will
A prayer for mercy
But prayed with an open heart and open mind
For pain has humbled you
As it did He who hung in the blood that christened your soul’s immortality
A calm ensues
Your prayer delivered
With time, with faith, in minutes and days
It is rejoined
