The mind

What goes on in the caverns of anyones mind
the fathomless depths
we all have to explore
and yet that comes with age
those landmarks which we hang onto like pillars
which we feel gives us the right to act the way we do

My Child Is Suffering

Can you see?
Her pain so deep it is killing me.
How do I protect her, when the younger one needs.
She has gone, forgotten, inorder to break free.
As I seek the freedom of the repression which held us.....
She was the victim, the child forgotten.
As her Mother my job was to hold her near.
The pain so great, I could not bare.
As she watched in silence the mistakes I made.
Her anger and disappointment real, intense as she lashed out at me.
I Love Her so dearly I will not look away!
My job to protect her I had once failed.
As the Mom I was to teach of The Light Above, The Stars and Everlasting Love.
I tried to shield them from the world today, but I failed my daughter and I will never be the same.
She is the Love of my Life, but her pain I do feel with every breath she takes it is so incredibly real!
As I said in the beginning...
My Child Is Suffering!
I ask you now? How do I heal her pain?

Despair

the night come-if and loneliness reins
darkest sorrow, deepest fears reclaimed

what was once shall be again
balance just isn't my friend

with great power comes great pain
which path doesn't yield to the same

when what was once come-if again
the words of old shall call-if to him

sorrow weaved into armor
armor wielded with great power

knighted and yielding to none
this way come-if the son

sadness and despair riding atop the scythe
come-if he, come-if that change
